So, who is wrong…you, the wiki, or I just don't get it?

“Fourth: Do 1/8th revs rotating the mixture screw until it is fast and responsive. If it is studdering like its rich, turn it IN. If it is boggy or responsive, turn it out until it just starts to four stroke, then turn it in half to one full turn until it just stops four stroking. That is your safe/hot spot.”

Main jet is fine, your idle jet is about 12 sizes too large. Once you get that set in, also lean out your a/f mixture screw. Lean = turned out

Wow, the handle bars look really greatm cleaned up nicely.

I am going to Cross-Post the image on the I.R.E. Forum since one of our riders is having similar problems with his own cables and wiring.

Looks good!

I like your nuts.

Also, I rock double gaskets on most my bikes, it just seems to lead to less problems.

Yes, you need new pedals. That's one of those items that I plan to leave for you to do once you get it. You can find replacement ones at 1977mopeds. Or you can put any kind of pedals on there you want to.

Nifty little trick with the cables.

Looks like I will being buying some new pedals, those things look clapped out. Maybe some downhill mtb platforms...

A-hah, a real air filter that fits in that space! I've been running no filter for a while with no ill effects except carb spew under my side covers. That set up is a nice, but tight fit on a metra 65.

I've heard mixed reviews with a 6p and Metra65, but I know Metra65 loves Estoril! I have both pipes, and I love my 6p for top end, and the Estoril is awesome for low end throttle response.
